The public social media jab from DJ was unprofessional but he's not wrong. Beyeke was in bad shape. I don't understand why he bothers competing if he's going to be so damn lazy about it. I was hoping he'd ruin a couple peoples' days on Saturday but instead it was just a return to his old fat form. Wasted potential is right.

If he cares this little I'd rather he just retire and make more room on stage for guys who care enough about being there to actually prep for the contest.

Can't really blame Dennis. Beyeke has great symmetry and some of the roundest muscle bellies, but looks like he doesn't even try to diet. You see better conditioning routinely at local npc shows.

in b4 ban. but I agree. Perhaps those blessed with amazing genetics, like Byneke, is only willing to put forth the same level of effort getting in condition (which is really hard for most) as they did getting jacked (relatively easy for some).

It's laziness coupled with stupidity.

To be THAT out of shape just means he is doing something HORRIBLY wrong, whether it's his training or cardio, but lettuce be reality...what it comes down to is his diet.

If you've got a beast mode appetite which I'm sure he does, there seems to be only one way to deal with it in drastically cutting down your meals or flat out doing 1-2 meals a day so as not to stimulate appetite which eating frequently seems to do in many.

And hey if he's THAT hungry, eat 60+grams of fiber, eat 2x protein per lb and even if you're doing 3kcal which someone his size would have no issues doing as far as dieting on, you should be damn stuffed if you only eat 1-2x per day.

If someone holds water or looks flat it can be because something went wrong. But Beyeke was holding fat at the Arnold. He was like 4-6 weeks out from looking good.

This is Kai 4-5 months out from the olympia in 2013 and tbh he is not far off from what Beyeke at the Arnold.

I really don't get it as well....on this forum and IRL I routinely see naturals with better conditioning. If you have acess to a few VERY effective fat burners I really have no idea how it's even possible to be that lazy.

This may be true if you go that route, but legit natties can get into upper to mid-single digits without that stuff. If he is as lazy as everyone is claiming then that could be part of it since he is trying to take the path of least resistance.

Without getting into an argument about whether the placing was fair, why is Kefalianos known as a guy who always brings awesome conditioning?

In every pic I see of him, he looks EXACTLY like that from behind - a shredded upper body with a lower body that's five weeks out.
