Yes - it all looks like part of your normal shape then you lose a bit of weight & all of a sudden there is this disgusting jubbly fillet of fat on each side of the lower back.

It is even worse when you are older because the skin does not bounce back straight away so for a while its like a semi deflated balloon.

When I wear shorts it cuts in & I am certain I look fatter at this point

At least you weren't obese OP. I was pretty slim at 170 but I blew up to 240 for like 2 years. Since August of 2014 I just managed to drop to 190 where I'm comfortable but not happy, I carry a lot of fat in my legs and lower back.Ill probably maintain for now and hopefully start to diet again in April.

Fuk it brah cut down to that weight, get shredded, and start a nice long lean bulk now that you will be aesthetic. Dis is what I am going to do. I know I will be happy even if im 150lbs , as long as I look aesthetic. I bet people would still probably think im 170 so fuk it.

Yeah It's more about how I look in the mirror. Idgaf bout weight anymore after today... was trying on t shirts in a fitting room and it had the worst fukin lighting ever all I noticed was my stomach and back fat lulz.

yep, its shocking to see how much you actually weigh compared to how you look in the mirror. i always go by the mirror. i think people are more shocked when i step on the scale to see i weigh as much as a chubby girl. i end up making them feel fat.

I agree. I'm on my cut atm, and I'm down to 105.5KG from 118KG 4 months ago.

I've made progress, but looking at myself now, I've realised I'll need to drop another good 10KG of fat to be 12% BF, when before I thought if I got to 100KG I'd be lean.
