I got to a depleted as hell 168. but then back slid 2 weeks.
177 today.
time to take account for all and stay on point.
Life has just been great..and been enjoying food and all. But I can do that while moving in the right direction.
here is honest as possible recent /today pics.
If I had to estimate.. i'd say 16-17% bodyfat
Calories will be ~3000 average
Cardio = 900kcals in total in any form
Training = strength focused... rpe based. RTS sort of training
injured my forearm wrist..from sumoing somehow..so letting it heal and will be conservative with training for awhile. safe moves. taking off till wednesday.

decided to do ~3500 average for awhile . still seems to be a deficit. so i'll average weekly weight losss and adjust from there. if it's decent I'll stay with it
Honestly I am not dieting for anything but myself. I am enjoying eating more...and living life.
definitely not into going super strict for faster results. slow and steady is fine for me
Definitely getting stronger..and able to lift more intense on upperbody today despite the injury
the goal in the beginning was moderately quick cut..but now I am just taking it very slow and enjoying the progress. Distal bicep tendon injury is feeling better. Able to go moderately heavy now...so all good workouts.
I am going to stick with 3200 stilll. do my best to be lil more active and limit guessing . Maybe 1 day a week. I'm not suprised by the average. After a 3500 week. Hopefully it goes down now.
