Observations
* Energy was more on point than yesterday. Adding the PWO back in helped.
* Body is a bit sore from the last several workouts. Nothing major, but still noticeable.
* Wasn't able to go up in any weight this go-around, but no worries, other body groups continue to show increases.
* Major pump in arms after the first exercises were finished.
* Decided to go with SS to speed the workout up.
* Workout called for 3 set of bi's and 4 sets of tri's. That is why there is only one entry for each of the 4 sets.
* Found myself starving last night before bed. Ended up eating some black beans (quick and easy).
* Was starving again when I woke up this morning.

I have added a small meal/shake here and there. Nothing too much. Mostly just protein. I have a tendency to over eat when I get hungry like this. Trying to avoid this and spread everything out.
Yesterday was a scheduled rest day. Was planning on working back this morning but ended up waking up at 2:30 AM and never went back to sleep. Not sure what was up with that? Anyways, going to take another rest day and get back in the gym tomorrow morning.

* 2 days off from the gym served me well. Felt really strong on Deads. Increased weight by 10 lbs and hit target sets/reps (7 x 2)
* Increased DB Rows by 5 lbs over last session. Grip was struggling (left hand). Used straps starting on second set. Kind of felt like cheating. Hit sets/reps target (5 x 10)
* Pulldowns were good for the first 2 sets. Stayed with same weight as last session. Dropped weight for 3rd set. Wasn't getting full reps. Target sets/reps (3 x 8)
* Still seem to have an increase in appetite.
* Recovery had been ok.
* Down to the last serving of the Micellar Whey. Solid product I will be picking up when it hits the market.

* Mentally, I was a bit sluggish, but physically, I felt great!
* Jumped up to 105 for last 3 sets on Inclines. Not sure I've ever used that much weight before. At least not in recent memory. Could've gone a couple more sets. May go for 110s next time for all 6 sets.
* Flat press was good. Stayed with previous weight. 10 reps really created quite a pump and last couple of reps on last 2 sets were a grind.
* Flyes provided a good stretch/squeeze and really finished off the workout.
* Overall, strength was much better than I had anticipated. Wish I could've been mentally there to see how much more I could've pushed.
* May start posting a couple of workouts together to space out my posts. Don't want anyone to get bored in here!

* Took awhile to get into the workout. Almost finished with shoulder presses before I started to get into the groove.
* Feeling a clicking in my elbows with the upright rows when using the BB at shoulder width. Not issues when using narrow grip or DBs.
* Increased weight on BB and DB Rows.
* Was able to complete all 4 SS with same weight. Last 2 sessions was unable to.
* Feel as if strength is steadily increasing. Not just on shoulders, but all exercises.

Biggest notices for me are better, more consistent sessions in the gym (strength increases). Appetite has definitely increased, but difficult to tell if it's directly because of the PhosphaMuscle or a by-product of the better gym sessions, which is a result from the PhosphaMuscle. Either way, those two things are sticking out at this point.
Appetite is still more pronounced than prior to PhosphaMuscle. Appetite is more noticeable on days when I hit the larger muscle groups (Legs, Back, Chest). Not as noticeable on smaller muscle days (Bi's, Tri's, Shoulders). On off-days, appetite is still increased, but similar to smaller muscle group training days. All in all, the better quality sessions is what I'm liking most. Not really concerned about eating more.

Observations
* Decided to post multiple workouts on one post instead of posting every workout individually. Hopefully this will cutdown on some of the monotonous of my posts.
* Legs on Thursday was a good session. Was able to hit all sets/reps at 340 on squats. Last session, I went back and forth between 340 and 320. Legs felt good during squats, but were hurting afterwards.
* After squats, legs were pretty pumped. Was wanting to try to add some weight on leg press, but legs were hurting and stuck with same weights as previous session.
* As much as my legs were hurting during and after this session, they weren't too bad on Friday. Good recovery.
* Jumped up to 390 on deads today. Very pleased as I used 370 previous session. 390 is not a PR, but it has been a long time since I've done this much volume with this amount of weight. Not sure if I ever have.
* A little disappointed I went with a belt on sets 5-7. Lower back was getting my attention and once I started thinking about putting on my belt, I couldn't get it out of mind. Would've have preferred to go without.
* Rows went up another 5 lbs. Used straps on all sets. I need to get out of this habit. Feels like too much of a crutch.
* Did some yard work around the house afterwards and practiced baseball with my son. Definitely feeling it in my back right now. Curious to see how I feel tomorrow.
