I am wanting to change up my routine, and have just started this 8x8 the past two days. Anyone have any opinions/thoughts on this if you have done it before?
So far, I have done one upper and one lower body workout- I feel like I kicked my own a$$!! I don't think I'm gonna be able to do much cardio in addition to this program- I'm just DONE after the weights session.
