"Dear bodybuilding and sports fans, as promised I am today publishing a new video. 6 weeks my fall and tendon tear on the shin, although I can still train heavy standing exercises but I try as possible by changing super sets of machines and with light dumbbells to train my arms."

Apparently falling over is your number 1 hazard as a bodybuilder.
I'm not saying he's lying, it's just weird that so many of them tear muscles this way. We're dodging more ninjitsu attacks than Flex Wheeler. We're ducking more bullets than George Farah. We're facing more death than a kid leg pressing at Branch Warren's gym.
You can't stop us. You can't hold us back.
IFBB brahs über alles.

But Branch is actually rich enough to afford all the supps he wants. I've read that a certain supplement which is actually good for your joints when working out increases the chance of injury when you make sudden moves your body isn't accustomed to. Which could account for some of the freak accidents.
