I went to have it checked out today, i dont have a temperature, and the strep test tested negative. My throat still hurts, and i took some aleve and have some medicine for soothing it, but since it may still be viral, should i still workout? Today is legs day, tomrrow is biceps and chest and the weekend is off... so i dont know what to do?

I have the same thing. It's a bitch, I'm all drousy and **** too and have that "sick feeling".
