Hi guys, been lifting for 3 years, currently around 81-82kg. My stats: DL 205KG, Squat 140KG, BP 115KG, OHP 70KG.
I want to gain some extra mass until I start cutting in may. What program would you guys recommend? I'm possibly thinking of PPL or GVT.
