How much would you say a belt adds to your squat?

I did 320x7 beltless today. Could have done 8.

Will be attempting 1rm in about 5 weeks. Doubtfull that I will have a belt yet.

This. At first you likely won't even like the belt, it will probably make you feel like you're going to throw up. But once you break it in (I broke mine in in roughly 3 weeks), it adds a ton.

there is a BIG difference. I own a 13mm single prong but its too thick imho, thats why i got a lever this time so its much easier to get it on.

Theres really no purpose in me going any lower cause all you need is hip joint below knee joint srs. I do go atg on my accessory high bar and front squats though.
