I'm not even going to scroll down to see if someone's already said this..but, DO IT. Other than my 100% promotion of Katana and Max Out earlier, you won't be disappointed. There's nothing better than a product meeting your high expectations, and those 3 did it.

Speaking of CORE, I've been eyeing their Pre and the tradition Core ABC.

For everyone wanting to try katana on your list, do it. Just started it after max out and it's awesome. Focus is fantastic. Which is mostly what I look for. The "mind muscle" connection and katana has is big time. Will not dissapoint. Neither did max out. Side note, super bummed, may have shredded my shoulder or tricep last night. Waiting to see if discoloration appears around the muscle. For anyone who's torn a muscle, did you hear it? And did it feel like something just contracted in your arm? Like they say, a rubber band contracting. Weirdest most bizzare feeling I've ever had, and I've broken/torn a lot of things playing sports. Guy I was working out with had a look of horror on his face that freaked me out more than anything.

tore my rotator cuff doin millitary press, fkn felt like an eraser burn type feel with strain.. i had no discoloration, ice tht fkr down 5or6 times daily for bout 20 min for a few days, apply icy hot or sum other muscles relief cream then apply the ice, this really hits the tissues deep for inflammation relief..didnt hear it tear

1. Protein Powder (Don't have to, if you can get to your protein intake through food)
2. Creatine Monohydrate (Has been researched a lot and there are a lot of studies that have shown that creatine works)
3. Fish oils (Get at least 2g a day)
4. Vitamin D (3000-5000 IU)
5. Zink (20-30g)

(-)epi is interesting. The pumps from it are pretty bananas. I think you're probably good to go with any of the currently available (-)epi products. Dosing may differ from product to product. I personally have not tried any other one apart from the one I'm currently using/testing, so I could be wrong on them being all good to go.

Not sure how I feel about (-)epi. I've heard some mixed reviews, but I don't really know much about it - except I believe it's pretty costly. The product you're using, you're also combining with Intra-MD, right? So (at 2 servings I-MD)you get 6.5g Cit-Mal, 60g carbs total. Those alone will lead to some pretty solid "pumps".

This is noticeably different from the peri-workout nutrition pumps (I should know, been using peri-workout nutrition for like a year now religiously, lol). Also not using any pump preworkouts, just Backdraft-XP currently.

It is indeed pricey if used solely for a pump, but I did notice it lowered my BP a few points, not sure what else it may be doing apart from that though.

Like I said, it's interesting, I'm undecided if it's worth the money or not at the moment.

Best Protein is an isolate and concentrate blend. Whey-HD has a blend of WPC, WPI, MPC and MPI <Whey-HD has a heavier texture and a smoother consistency due to the added GMS

I would say, the (-)epi is working better than nitrates actually (for me, so purely anecdotal)...

If you havent tried nitrates, potassium nitrate by iForce is cheap and damn effective for pumps and endurance.. i feel more work capacity
