Been wanting to try BPI Whey HD Banana Marshmellow Pie for a while, however not sure if I should try BPI best protein. What's the difference?

I'm not even going to scroll down to see if someone's already said this..but, DO IT. Other than my 100% promotion of Katana and Max Out earlier, you won't be disappointed. There's nothing better than a product meeting your high expectations, and those 3 did it.
Speaking of CORE, I've been eyeing their Pre and the tradition Core ABC.

I'd recommend you the basic supplements:
1. Protein Powder (Don't have to, if you can get to your protein intake through food)
2. Creatine Monohydrate (Has been researched a lot and there are a lot of studies that have shown that creatine works)
3. Fish oils (Get at least 2g a day)
4. Vitamin D (3000-5000 IU)
5. Zink (20-30g)Myprotein's Official Bodybuilding.com Representative

Honestly not sure what my next "must try" will be as my list seems to keep getting longer, lol. That said, depending what I need at the time it will likely be 1 or 2 of the following:
Conqu3r DGE
Katana
High Volume
Intra-MD
Ergonine
Select Blondie
Protogen C&C
Beverly C&C
Maybe one of these (that you haven't tried) will work. Cheers.I'm the clever one, you're the potato one.

(-)epi is interesting. The pumps from it are pretty bananas. I think you're probably good to go with any of the currently available (-)epi products. Dosing may differ from product to product. I personally have not tried any other one apart from the one I'm currently using/testing, so I could be wrong on them being all good to go.

Not sure how I feel about (-)epi. I've heard some mixed reviews, but I don't really know much about it - except I believe it's pretty costly. The product you're using, you're also combining with Intra-MD, right? So (at 2 servings I-MD)you get 6.5g Cit-Mal, 60g carbs total. Those alone will lead to some pretty solid "pumps".

This is noticeably different from the peri-workout nutrition pumps (I should know, been using peri-workout nutrition for like a year now religiously, lol). Also not using any pump preworkouts, just Backdraft-XP currently.
It is indeed pricey if used solely for a pump, but I did notice it lowered my BP a few points, not sure what else it may be doing apart from that though.
Like I said, it's interesting, I'm undecided if it's worth the money or not at the moment.Completed Logs & Reviews:

That's fair, I know you have experience with peri-nutrition, as we've had a few discussion in the past regarding them. Though the uncertainty of what (-)epi is actually doing still makes me question it, and then there is the whole cost/benefit ratio, as you mentioned. Is it worth the cost considering what it does? Hard to say, especially until there is more evidence of what it actually does and at what doses, etc.
