bb.com is so damn slow after the rolled out the new layout. I don't have problems with any other web sites. It's so frustrating that I barely come on here anymore.

They just keep making bad decision after bad decision.

I've noticed this too - what is with the slowdown on this site?

And forget about entering threads with big pics and many gifs anymore.

I will say that the drop down window at the top of the screen is incredibly annoying. I'll go to click on a forum and then instead the drop down menu comes open and I'm redirected to either an ad or somewhere I don't want to go.

The first forum update I was here for was in early 2011. Terrible, I'm sure you remember. The recent one was just as bad, and didn't fix any prior issues. Outside of the Misc, there are (were) many who come to the site to find information, yet the search function has not worked properly in 4 years.

Bodyspace has been updated 3 (?) times during that same 4 years, each time becoming less usable. There is (was) a large sector that use BS exclusively (do not use the forum).

Also lost the bb.com forum app, in a time when mobile browsing is increasing.

Not a single new feature: auto-embedding, bolding, quote notifications, etc. has been added. These things are common on other forums.

Increasingly less user-friendly forum and bodyspace, and no new features. It's no wonder traffic has gone down.

I've tried really hard to use & enjoy body space. Unfortunately it is sort of a pain. Especially on mobile. By the time I get home I could have just logged my workouts, supps, food, and ect I could have easily took 5 minutes to log in my notebook. I try and stay updated on my supps on bodyspace, and continuously add friends, that way if they are interested in a particular supplement I may have it in my current use and they can check it out.

Just my .02�. But with that said I can't complain.. My information is secure with ordering. I wouldn't/couldn't do any better than the websites current programmers and developers.

Times are changing brahs, this isn't 2005-2009 anymore. Especially a time where misc had the more active members (trolls who wrote original copypasta and epic threads) than it does now.

The site is much more heavily-regulated now, and justifiably so.

However, there is a tradeoff there, as we are seeing.

Overly-aggressive mods have basically driven these members to other forums. There's nothing interesting on the misc anymore. Even more telling, the IFBB Pro section is basically dead.

Bb.com has turned into the Planet Fitness of bodybuilding sites.

I miss the pre 2010 misc, wow those were such good times. That was when we were at the peak and misc was good. All those epic threads...Wow what happened.

this part could be cuz all u have to type is "misc" and it's first result, no need to type out bodybuilding

other possible explanation is I joined in October 2011 so it was all downhill from there :/
