Just posting this here since i found it heartwarming..misc is a cold dark cave and it needs this.
When none of her son’s classmates showed up to his birthday party, a Florida mother took to social media to express her despair.
Within hours, her community including police officers and firefighters rallied to make her little boy’s day nothing short of magical.

It's really difficult for autistic people to have friends. My brother is autistic and doesn't have any real "friends." That's why I hang out with him and invite him along as much as possible. Fortunately, it's pretty easy to make him happy. I made his month when I bought him a football game for the playstation.
Saving up some money so I could a smaller house on my property for him in the future.Everything you need to know about becoming a male stripper: http://malestripping.blogspot.com

As a parent i never let any of my kids miss a party they've been invited too, once my eldest son was invited to a party in a swimming pool for a girl in a wheelchair, he was the only one who turned up apart from her siblings and the parents stopped the party after a half hr because she was so upset, she changed schools the following week

Came close to having to see if someone was cutting onions near me. Brought a smile to my face, gj OP.
Reminds me of when I was in grade school, my parents would tell me to invite everyone in the class - even if I wasn't really friends with them, so that nobody was left out. I went to all the birthday parties I was invited to even if I didn't really like the kid either. My parents would just tell me that it's their special day and I can be friends with them for a few hours.
Looking back on it, one girl didn't invite me to her birthday party in like.. Grade 7 - but she invited almost all of the class. I remember my friends asking why I wasn't there after the weekend and I lied and said I already had other plans and couldn't make it.. Still think about it every now and then tbh.. Really felt bad being excluded and having everyone talk about how much fun it was while I was never invited.PIPPIN: I didn't think it would end this way.
GANDALF: End? No, the journey doesn't end here. Death is just another path, one that we all must take. The grey rain-curtain of this world rolls back, and all turns to silver glass, and then you see it.
PIPPIN: What? Gandalf? See what?
GANDALF: White shores, and beyond, a far green country under a swift sunrise.
PIPPIN: Well, that isn't so bad.
GANDALF: No. No, it isn't.

I don't understand why are people so afraid of autistic people. Last semester there was one autistic guy (I know him from previous classes) in my class, and when professor asked us to form groups for group project, no one wanted to do presentation with him. I approached him later and asked him if he wants to do presentation with me.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16
