    3 days is better

    Check out the book Power to the People or look up Dan John's 40 day program. Both are full body 3-5 days a week.
    Extremes win followers. Nobody ever wanted to follow the "reasonable" diet or "realistic" workout program.

    Less bench pressing never hurt anybody's shoulder health.

    Seems way too much. 3 or even 2 is said to be better for full body
