Welcome to the 19th edition of the prestigious DSC. If you've never been here before, just follow a few simple rules and suggestions and you'll fit in just fine.
- No rep trading or talks of rep trading. Also no drama. Plenty of chill mods chat with us in these threads, and those two things will get you negged, booted, and banned quicker than anything else.
- IronCharles is the designated poster of hbb pics, but feel free to add any that you like as long as they're within the rules.
- Posting pics of good home-cooked food is highly encouraged. We love grilling, frying, baking, boiling, broiling, sauteeing, poaching, toasting, slow cooking, and any other method of preparing food you can think of.
- Post your progress pics! We're all on bodybuilding.com for a reason. There's a lot of knowledge and experience in this crew, take advantage of it! Or if you just want to post a progress pic to brag a little bit, that's fine too!
- You don't have to live in the South or be from the South to be a part of the crew. More so than location, this is a crew bound by common interests--food, friends, fun, lifting, the outdoors, a cold beer, and IronCharles' endless collection of hbb pics.

Aren't you cutting? Maybe amazing race be better den.
I have a buddy who actually goes to DDD types of places, he finds them on Urban Spoon I think it's called. Something of a foodie. I went with him to a diner in Columbus Ohio that you would think was just a normal diner, but it was anything other than normal. Walking into the place was like walking into a sparkling clean 1950's diner, and the food was top notch and cheap.Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

Hole in the wall>*
The best ribs, one of the best steaks, some of the best bbq and one of the greatest burgers I've ever had all came from places that didn't even look fit to be a bathroom, much less an eatery. One of them is an old gas station. One is an old biker bar. Two are a run down brick building with a smoker.💪💪💪Dirty South Crew💪💪💪

Had City Cafe chicken fried steak, yams, okra, mashed taters and cobbler Wednesday. Was something like $7 and hnnnggggggggg.. Good luck getting in though. Mr. Bill's is my go-to when people ask for a low cost delicious lunch recommendation. Food is amazing and dat banana puddin'...
Northport/T-town has some incredible food to offer. What ever happened to Nick's? Is it still open? I heard the man died a while back, but his wife was taking it over or something. Haven't been by and seen it open in a while, but they make up hours as they go so I dunno.💪💪💪Dirty South Crew💪💪💪
