seem to be experiencing an odd influx of friend requests and comments lately
mostly from little miscers from what I can tell

can't quite figure it out

must be bored and trolling old ladies

Having a hard time deciding whether I should lift, eat, then anabolic nap; eat, anabolic nap then lift; or lift anabolic nap, then eat. Squats and deads today.

helped my buddy move all morning, I think I'm just gonna call that my lifting for the day

actually I have no choice. My wife is leaving for work and I'm home with the kiddies all day now so no gym for me. Just wanna go back to bed, getting up at 6:30 on a sunday morning is for the birds.

I woke up both today and yesterday at 540 AM... Time my weekday alarm is set for, sucks.

Today is March 1st, just dawned on me. For those here who have been suffering in the cold temps and snow/ice...spring's on its way. Although, that doesn't mean much. I've seen snow on Easter, before. lol

I actually read that from a NPC Pro. It makes perfect sense to me.

1. Blow up your muscles
2. Give your body nutrients to repair and grow your muscles
3. Shut down the rest of your system so your body can focus on repairing torn muscle fibers

Went to the gym earlier, went great. Went for a run after, not so great. Felt crampy, like dehydrated.

Hate that!! I'm in a 30 day run challenge, so gotta suck it up and keep at it, I guess.

If I don't stop back in here tonight, hope you all have a good week coming up.

I've heard that a lot, that a good meal and a nap postworkout help speed up the gainz. Makes perfect sense. Looks like the nap isn't gonna happen though because the kiddo is all rowdy.
