I'm just looking for some tips and a nice routine.. I'm not new to lifting I'm currently 210lbs not sure about body fat but pretty lean, I finally have started deadlifting since I couldn't before(had 3 hernias and had surgery) but I tried maxing to see where I am and I did 505 for one so i feel like if I got on a solid routine that number could go up pretty quick.. My max bench is 405 now so I feel like 505 deadlift is pretty low in comparison.. Thanks

Deadlifting routine/tips
I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.

Maybe a 5/3/1 routine or Smolov JR if you're really adamant on getting your deadlift up, hard to say though, you're quite advanced so it's tough to give you a guideline.
Mirin' that bench press man, that's really impressive. You should be the one giving tips on how to get people's bench press higher lolhttp://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=172590831 <<< New training log as of 10/7/16
Working diligently for a 405 bench.

If those lift numbers you're quoting are accurate, you're in the wrong forum.

Yeah I'm not making up the lifts I just haven't been able to do them from the hernias. Just figured someone could give me a deadlifting routine that works well for them that I could try.
