Camelcamelcamel is dope, but fbatoolkit's numbers are often completely wrong. I have a friend who sells 10+ units a day of a certain product, but according to fbatoolkit, with his BSR in his category he only sells 1 unit every 2 days. Others report the same kinds of variations so if you use them be sure to double-check their data against other services.

Best day yet yesterday. Did 5 sales totalling $75. I'll only take like 20 dollars profit but it's something at least! It's a good feeling knowing you don't have to post them. Soo much easier.
Any of you guys ever used sponsored products? I'm tempted to do it, but what happens when you cancel it? Do you go back to where u were before in terms of rank?

500 units of my first PL product hit inventory middle of last week. I gave away about 35 as review units and turned on Amazon PPC. Once a few reviews hit, sales started to trickle in "steadily." I was at 7 sales for the weekend, but someone just bought 8 of them.
I will be placing a new order for 1,000+ units in the next week or so.
Currently inquiring with suppliers for new products to get a few more products going as fast as possible.***WetBreasts is gonna make it crew***

Browsed tons of sites and used a free one I found. Bro tip: go here - http://www.amazon.com/review/top-reviewers and if you click the reviewers profile, most have their email addresses. While it's a slower process, you can individually email people to ask if they'd like to review your product. I would not start with the #1 person though. Probably has an ego and is probably too busy with other reviews. Start several hundred or 1k into the list.
Depends on how hard I go with PPC, right now, probably $6-12 an item. Cost is around $4.8. Sad thing is things were just picking up and I had several orders for handfuls of units (had separate orders for 5, 6, 7, and 8 units) and a new competitor popped up priced 47% below me!!! He also has bundled the item I bundled with mine to differentiate it from the other listings. Feeling pretty defeated brahs, but I think I can still be successful, but profits will not be as high. Gonna kick my supplier in the dick if I ever meet him IRL.
I had literally just emailed my supplier saying I was ready to order 1,100 units. I'm gonna watch the rest of the week to see what happens and make the call then. May need to find a new product. The space I'm in is fairly competitive and more and more sellers are popping up with the item I'm selling.

wholesale, I found it online, hasn't even shipped out yet, called today they dont know whats going on still waiting to hear back lol
and inbound shipping to AZ and check in is slow as balls right now, sent in a huge shipment on june 2 to distribution center and it's still not fully checked in, apparently a lot of people are having this issue, all this waiting is screwing things up
PL items are still sitting on my floor, boxes were all fuked up and I've been too busy/lazy to rebox them
good news is I'm at $354 today in sales, a record for me! ceo status soon
*edit* $383..fuuuuuuarkLast edited by mike.hunt; 06-11-2015 at 04:21 PM.

Brah, it's all about dem bbq claws.
This is from Saturday morning until just now. I'd call it the first weekend that my listing was well established with a solid # of reviews.
Averaging 10/units a day in that timeframe. That would be a juicy average. Likely will not sustain that through the week, but it's nice to have three really solid days in a row.
Going to place a new order for 600 units instead of 1,100.***WetBreasts is gonna make it crew***

Well done, brah.
I'm about to launch my first product. I've got to be honest, though, I suck at searching for products. Everything I see I tell myself it won't sell.
I'm doing a slightly different business model than the PL group, though. If I happen to get some winners, I will PL and brand register them, though.♬♫♪ Music crew ♪♫♬

I tell myself I suck at finding products, but I found one that is continuing to trend positively. In the last 36 hours, I've sold 27 units. With my rather high PPC spend, it comes out to about $6.7 profit per unit. Not as high as I'd like, but if I can average 10 sales a day, that's $25k profit per year on one item. That doesn't account for the 50 or so I gave away as samples.
Now... expand to 10-15 products. Hnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnggggggggggg ggggggggggggg.***WetBreasts is gonna make it crew***

Those results are very impressive and not typically what I see with new PL products. Sounds like your on to something really good, now expand in that same category.
I'm selling some products ranked 3-15k and only get 1-5 sales per day for those items because of all the low balling kunts.Last edited by mike.hunt; 06-15-2015 at 04:35 PM.

I'm spending like $50 a day on PPC... might be part of it.
Up to 19 units sold today. Recalculated and it's more like $7.3 profit per unit sold. I'm not sure why my sales have jumped so much, but I'm just going to sit back and enjoy.
Hope my supplier can get me my next order fast. Have about 260 in inventory. Another 60 at my house and an order of 600 was just placed.***WetBreasts is gonna make it crew***
