With a 2 inch ROM, you are giving your elbows and forearms a good workout. It's like John98's 700 pound 1/8th ROM squat on the smith machine. Like seriously, wtf is the point of it all?

Her bench is perfectly fine in powerlifting competitions, which makes the whole sport look like a joke.

It's a board bench like the video says. It's an obscure training method to help training only certain parts of your ROM where you are weak and get stuck during your lifts. Google it guys.

nothing wrong with a short ROM while benching with a board but her ROM on the 240lb "raw bench" was pretty short

No it's not you dumb ******* first off. Benching onto a board is not legal in power lifting comps. Also arches are legal and should be used because when you don't arch your arms travel a lot lower than to parallel with your body which means that you aren't even hitting chest anymore at that point so there is no logical point to not arch and do more weight on your chest/tris which is the point of benching......
