Reminds me of those guys who wrap up and strap on a belt just so they can squat 315 to like 1/8th depth. Except this is with bench so it's even more pathetic.
*Offer to give homeless people rides to the shelter but just drive them way out into the desert crew*

I seriously will never understand the point of this...
With a 2 inch ROM, you are giving your elbows and forearms a good workout. It's like John98's 700 pound 1/8th ROM squat on the smith machine. Like seriously, wtf is the point of it all?
Her bench is perfectly fine in powerlifting competitions, which makes the whole sport look like a joke.

No it's not you dumb ******* first off. Benching onto a board is not legal in power lifting comps. Also arches are legal and should be used because when you don't arch your arms travel a lot lower than to parallel with your body which means that you aren't even hitting chest anymore at that point so there is no logical point to not arch and do more weight on your chest/tris which is the point of benching......
