    High weight low reps

What do you guys think of the low rep based system such as 10x3 or 8x4 on bench etc in terms of building dense solid muscle. Been testing it out lately doing 245ibs 3 to 4 times just to kind of get a feel for these low rep exercises.

I personally prefer low rep ranges to pack on size and strength. Only for the basic three lifts though (Squat, Bench, Deadlift).
Other than that, I prefer a moderate range of 5-10.

look at golden era. those dudes are huge and did 20-25 reps for a lot of stuff. more blood flow/pump = more growth! IMO its a combination of both. switch it up! alternate weeks, or even different exercises with diff rep ranges
