yeah was kinda looking for a not bad quality but not so expensive one either. was looking and something along the lines of bb.com foundation series true grits isnt bad price but idk how good it is i know very little about vitamins.

Anavite powder. Stuff hits fast n taste great. Also very bioavailable using albion minerals carnipure lclt & carnosyn ba. Cant get better n srsly u can buy 1 container n get away with 1 serving a day. That means u can extend it from 1 month to two months. If concerned bout getting in more BA u can get their pre and walla u get a full dose. If concerned bout more lclt u can buy their 80 serv carnipure flavored on the cheap

My 2 favorite vitamins are VitaDrive by AAEFX and anavite by gaspari. The nice thing about vitadrive is your brother can do 2 caps 2 times a day or 1 cap 2 times per day. I actually do 2 caps in the am and 1 in the pm and when my training steps up, I go up to 2 and 2.
