    Am I too skinny? (with pics)

    I'm 14, 5'10 and 125 pounds and I started working out 2-3 months ago but i dont really know what im doing. but do i look too skinny? Do I look somewhat lean or muscular at all?

    Find a real program. Educate yourself about nutrition and lifting.

    Yes you do look skinny, but don't get cut over it, you're only 14 phucking years old.

    Listen to me when I say this. I don't know how obsessed you are yet but don't let lifting take over your life at such a young age, don't miss out on socializing because you're too busy lifting or eating. There's nothing wrong with wanting to change how you look and working towards it but don't miss out on the other things because you're too busy worried about how you look. At your age you can get away with lifting 3 times per week and make great gains.

    I don't know if I just went over the top but missing out on socializing at a young age due to lifting and eating schedules is one thing I would take back if I could.

    You're still growing. Make sure you're eating enough and getting into the gym. Look at the exercise programs on here under articles &videos hit find a plan and take a look at those

    Yeah man, heck im same age, 13 pounds bigger but still skinny, just with a little muscle. But like the guy said dont get obsessed with lifting, i only do it 1-2 per week and i get most of my fitness from rugby and basketball so just stick to sports and good nutrition. Dont let lifting get in over your head man, be social and do good in school as well
