I'll keep this short and to the point, I would appreciate feedback.
6 months ago, I weighed 149 lbs at 5'8. I have thin bone structure, and I've also noticed most of my fat goes around my stomach when I gain weight. More so than usual it seems.
Today, I weigh 166 lbs.
The after pictures of my side and back are taken roughly a week ago.
The before pictures are when I weighed about 150-151 lbs, a month or so before I weighed in at 149 and started to add weight (I apologize for the different angles.)
Did I progress well? Did I add some noticeable mass? I know I also added some fat but I hope I added a decent amount of muscle as well.
I feel it might be time for me to cut as I've obviously got some fat to work off. Not sure if I should/can add a bit more muscle beforehand though, efficiently.
Important to note I'm in no rush to start cutting, though I will start doing so by the end of March at the latest.
Cheers
