Haha ! Nothing special. Big compound movements and WEIGHTED abs exercises.
Like I told earlier, I've played ice hockey at a high level for many years as a goaltender. You probably don't even know, but it naturally works your core just like a workout. So, I already had a good core at the beginning of my journey !

Thanks ! My goal is to keep cutting as long as I can handle it ( I'd like to go to 7-8%) to start as shredded as possible my 10 months/ 1 year lean bulk. If I start noticing binge tendencies, I'll go to maintenance for 2 weeks and start my lean bulk from where I'll end up.
Ultimately, I think I can drop another 2-3% in 1.5 month, I doubt I'll still be cutting past may 1st. I'd like to end next year with a good 10-15 LBM ( if 1 year lean bulk) and be ~12% max… best case scenario haha

Boom !! happy guy here !
I suddenly lost 3 pounds from last night and broke the 165 pounds. In fact, I recorded a new lowest weight during this cut !! I was hoping for 1-2 pounds, I'll take 3 .
Overall, strength is still the same ( except shoulders, where I have to drop the weight) but I start to notice that my endurance is letting me down. I'll start with my usual lifts, but when comes the 3rd-4th sets, I can't squeeze as many reps as I want.
162,6 pounds this morning.
Won't be bothering you with pics until next weekend.

Here's another shot… I guess I'll keep posting when I feel like it! haha
Hope I'll be able to reach 7-8% by May 1st. That's my goal! Probably around 10% at the moment…core is not fully defined and my ****ty obliques look like they don't want to cooperate in that shredding process haha.
Still hovering around 162-164 pounds at the moment.

Hahaha. Honestly, nothing special.
Calories : 2050 /150-160p/85g/fill the rest. (Net calories around 1850 if I include my cardio)
Workout :
*Always do 15 min warmup (still intense) and 15 post-workout so 30 minutes each workout *
Started full-body 3x/week
Now :
Chest/shoulders/triceps
Off
Back/biceps
Legs
Chest/shoulders/triceps
Off
Back/biceps
Exercices : pretty intuitive about it. Depends how I feel but still make sure to work all areas of the bodypart trained
~3-5 exercices x 3-4 sets / rep: 3-8

What's up BB community !
Some progress from last time… Weighted 162.0 this morning at the beginning of the week. If everything goes well, I'll be 160-161 pounds in a week from now !
I think I'm ~ 5 pounds from my goal of 7-8%. Your thoughts on that? My estimation is that I'm sitting at 9.5-10.5% now.
Here's 2 shots ( 1st one is from 4-5 days ago, don't mind the pose haha) and the 2nd is from today !

Here's a little update. Not proud but I want to show the ups, but also the downs to keep it real.
Sadly, I ****ed up 2 times in 2 weeks, so I'm not quite sure I'll get through 162 this week.
I ate ~6500-7000 calories 2x in ~13-15 days.
I don't like to call it binges because I was perfectly ''in the moment'' when I did it. I never felt I was losing control.. I'd say more of a ''I don't give a f***'' mindset which is surprising honestly. Usually, I'm pretty damn good to follow my macros.
Anyway, I did a bit of damage ( not really damage, but a setback towards my goal of 7-8% for June 1st, before my trip to Mexico).
As for the pics, all after those ''2 days''. 1st one is from today ( yesterday ate around 7k calories) and the last 3 are from last weekend, the day after another ~7k day
