Anyone eat raw eggs and beef? Is it safe? I remember the old bodybuilders used to swallow eggs and eat raw beef. If it's safe, I'd do it just for the glutathione.

"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon

The potential extra glutathione is not worth the risks IMHO.Last edited by Looton; 02-25-2015 at 09:14 PM.
Heaven goes by favor. If it went by merit, you would stay out and your dog would go in.
