Was at work and got a text with a picture of my moms house entirely engulfed in flames. I'll post up pictures tomorrow.
My brother and stepdad were inside sleeping but my brother woke up and saved them both. Little sister was at school and my mom was at work. I think all of the pets are dead..
We are getting enormous support from our little town - it's nice to see a community come together when one of their own experiences tragedy.

How did it happen? There are a couple of space heaters in the bedroom and bathroom in my spot, but I always make sure they're turned off when I leave for work because gf sometimes forgets and I've had those things short out before and live in constant fear of something happening to my cat while I'm out.
