weighted chins and military press. Mostly because like 5 people do 135+ on military press in my gym. Despite dozens of people doing 60+ lb DB Ohp...

Seated calf raises. I put 8 plates on it and do about 15-20 reps. It's at max stack.

Military press.
Nobody else at my gym can MP 135 for reps. I think they assume I'm going to squat the weight when it's racked (I go to a DYEL gym).480s / 370b / 495d / 235 x 2 SOHP
