Does negro = ghey these days? smh... I know there are a bunch of over-sensitive people when it comes to race these days, and I'm not one of them. However, where do we draw the line with this stuff? A lot of people say a lot of things on the web that they would never dare to say in the presence of a person that may be offended. I grew up largely ignoring a lot of racial bs in my life, but I'm sensitive to the fact that race is still an issue. A white kid called my youngest daughter a darkie at the bus stop long ago... the kids are learning it from somewhere and I'm sure it's mommy and/or daddy at home saying it behind closed doors. At least the kid sacked up enough to say it to someone's face, even though I'm sure he probably had no clue what he was really saying or how offensive it was.

at all.
He's given me many reasons to dislike him as a person and an athlete.
I'm not going to hold a grudge for what he did (I used to) because he continues to do stoopid sh*t but I cannot deny he is the 2nd best bb'er in the world.

I agree man when he first came into the scene and Dave Palumbo interviewed him he was mad humble. His build is freaking awesome, but he f'cked everything up.

I can see why he did some of the things he did but I do not agree with it.
As others have pointed out, many other athletes went through worse but they never chose those paths.

Thanks. I copy/pasted it in the big misc thinking it would be OK over there but it didn't get locked, it got full on deleted. It would be nice if they would tell us why it was deleted just for future reference. I dont know if it was because it mentioned race, if it was because it was considered defamation against Kai Greene, if they thought I was just trolling and trying to incite an argument.. etc.
