What do you guys listen to while lifting? I'd prefer lifting without music but I don't have that luxury. Anything but rap is good for me, Been getting into metal lately as well

Podcasts. Usually either JRE, the fighter and the kid, power cast, hardcore history, sometimes barbell shrugged or the mash life.

hey guys I am new to PL. I am on Madcow now. what program should i use after madcow?
And can anybody show me some tips to increase my bench? My 1 rm is slightly 5-6kg heavier than my bw while my sq and dl are 2x bw.

Get bigger, more volume on bench and bench variations

more reps and more sets of the same lifts

meh missed the whole squats it seems fuk and now looking at the roster the majority of guys are doing gay ass push pull or bench only

i heard that the conditions in the warm up room are pretty bad my buddy had to warm up and make a 150 lb jump for his attempt

I always think Amit is going to kill himself during his walkout but it seems to work. Hit 332.5 on his opener. Robb Phillippus, who I hadn't heard of, crushed 375kg on his opener with no sleeves or wraps.
