    That was just 1 max reps session. Most sessions are lower reps. Today I did 5x3 @ 485. Last week I did 2x2 @ 510 and block pulls 3x3 @ 510. In the coming weeks I have a 9.5 RPE double so we'll see how that goes.

    lol looking through my training journal I've pretty much done exactly all those weight/rep schemes in the last month (although I was also doing about 3 DL variations per session since I was running a DL-specialty program and I'm still not squatting).

    For my 9.5 PR doubles I did 525 x 2 x 2

    Pls pull 585 so the Arian Nation can triumph once again.

    Well I'm leaving for Finland on Tuesday for IPF Raw Worlds and will be there for 2 weeks. And I'm currently 6 weeks out from my next week. So I'm really hoping I can get quality training in while at Worlds and not ruin my momentum.

    But yeah, powerlifting is typically reserved for people who are too unathletic for real sports that pay money. The short, the stubby and those that are both fat AND slow.

    That being said, you have to do what makes you happy, that's what makes life fun.

    Yarymbash doesn't look himself today. Just look off on his squats. Missed his third on depth. This may be Malan's opportunity to take it, he's just gotta sorta hang with Yarym's bench which is HUGE. Both have great pulls so it will be interesting. Henry Tomason looked awful on his third of 947. I missed his second and first so I'm not sure what he squatted. Misha Koklyaev.......Last place.

    Fuaaarrrkkk just woke up missed all the squats and benches. Thanks for the updates though how did benches go?
    Also it's interesting that the Russians' live streams are always so much better than those in the US (RUM, USAPL) and Australia (GPA).
