Yea cuz he couldn't reproduce anything near that in Canada. He opened with like 788 which was an IPF junior world record. It was slow but he wanted to go up to the open record anyways. So we chipped at the IPF open world record and he missed like 822 twice.
You are definitely right and I've been trying. Dr. Zourdos + Mike Tuchscherer + Bryce Lewis and I still have a poverty bench. What do brah1372 @ 205

It's true. IPF 120+ was a blast to watch this year too, but I kind of just browsed over the bench on youtube (couldn't watch live.) The squats were the sheeit though. Deads led to a good battle at the end.
Funny because everyone is always worried about bench, though there are so few full meet lifters putting on big benches. 500+ tends to be solid for full meet in top tier, and a 500+ bench is good, just boring compared to 8-900 lb squats/deads. Only what 25% of total anyway? Siders would have been a watchable raw bencher. Seen some vids of him repping six bills, think next to Kennelly actually at the arnold or some other event.

After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko

Does it hit the glutes hard?
I need to get my posterior chain strength up, without loading my lower back any more than I already do.
Maybe I'll get a home GHR or something.
Also after lifting on eleiko for 2 weeks straight and then having to go back to the ****ty Rogue bar + chinese plates, fukin rogue feels like a wet pool noodle with 585 on it. So much harder to stabilize.
Time to upgrade.

Still waiting. Popcorn ready. PL drama is so entertaining.
Texas Squat Bars are titties.
In my garage with the door partially open (was smoking my pipe and watching Hulu) listening to one of the neighbors talk then sob uncontrollably at 1am. Wish I could understand the words. Good times. We have the elite fts belt squat at our gym and I really like it and a lot of people use it. Definitely hits the glutes hard
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

You probably don't care what I think but you really need to focus on putting some mass on your upper body. That's the only way you're going to make any significant bench gains
Belt squats are awesome. One of my favorite accessory movements
You could make it that way.
Sit really far back and forgo any knee extension
This is an old video but you get the basic idea. We recently started adding a band and that's even better. I'll shoot a video of that next week if I remember

I use to be 230 lbs but I was fat and my bench still sucked. Best bench has been around 205 lbs but I'm gonna go up again.
That's exactly the plan for the rest of the year. My average weekly weight is 198ish right now even though the weight class limit is 205. But I'm gonna spend the rest of the year moving up to the 231s. Might compete in December, hope to be around 215 by then.1372 @ 205

IPF Bench Worlds tends to be the most exciting meet of the year to watch for me. There's a good amount of luck involved so guys take some crazy 3rd attempts. Plus each session takes all of 30 minutes or so. Raw 120+ was fun to watch but so long with the B flights and all. Freddi is the only raw bencher worth watching really.
Too much science and too little gainz in this crew. I agree with what others have said re: size. Get huge, I've found high reps helpful. Source: put on 30lbs in less than 3 months, much profit.

should I go see a doctor? Maybe my form is off?
I just had a full body cramp that started in my left oblique and spread up and down my body...while looking at a car in front of a customer. It was the most painful thing I've experienced where I could not yell out "MOTHER****ER"*Mods/CS will not, nor can they change your username, so don't ask*
