After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko

Its been really good besides Canada completely ****ting the bed. lol @ England not making quarters and they're hosting...
NZL will fuuck up France. Ireland is my team to win but it's gonna be a grind. I think they have the potential to beat Australia and make finals but fuucks sake they have so many injuries. 3-4 being from the France game. O'Connell and Payne are done, Sexton may have a conky... its bs man. Congrats to Nonu on his 100th cap though. Took him off my dream team the second he gets in and racks up a bunch of points.B. I'm going to give you real advice because I've been that kid asking questions which years later you realise are a bit silly:
Don't worry about it!
Just gain strength, add weight slowly and you'll get there. I did Starting Strength initially and I had an 80kg bench for a few reps whilst my squat was around 130kg for 5 reps and deadlift not much stronger. I found bench (and still find benching) pretty damn difficult. But just time and adding muscle to your frame helps a lot on bench.
I think out of all three lifts, bench is the one that generally takes a lot more time to build. You might get a young lifter do great at deadlifts or squats, but generally more rarely (I think, anyway) do you find that to be the case in benching. Unless they're super good at utilising a wide grip and big arch.202.5/135/245. Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165241801.

Because you get some of the benefits of wraps while also maintaining the moral superiority of rawwww.
Also the surge in classic lifting in IPF. In 2013 our lifters came back from Suzdal with the first pairs of SBD sleeves (they were giving them out to try) and stories of how the russians were using extra extra small sleeves and having to put them on with garbage bags and two helpers etc.
Two years later I counted 50+ pairs just in my PL club alone. Literally everyone has a set of SBD sleeves. That's like 5500 dollars in knee sleeves just in one university club. And then you've gotta have two pairs because you don't want to wear out your competition pair during training.
We went from 20 lifters in 2011 to 60+ in 2015. All due to classic raw. And every one of them has bought the usual starter pack of shoes/belt/SBDs/inzer wrist wraps/lifting tshirt they found on the insta..that's alot of money for the gear companies. But hey, that's probably a good thing.
My only peeve is when some of these kids are like "oh why do you lift equipped...thats kinda like cheating" stfu kid...belt and SBDs give me 50 pounds and that's raw? Pls.

lmao @ competition pair and training pair of fukkn knee sleeves.
the gear and ipf approved list is awesome for the IPF though, they are probably making a really decent amount from it. That's great for them to be able to put in more money into their events, and grow the sport.
and like you've said, PL will probably swing back to equipped stuff being dominant again after everyone gets hurt raw or stalls and wants to lift more weight. and then there will be and SBD suit / bench shirt probably which then all the "serious" lifters around my chit strength levels will buy, then be elitist about that stuff on the internet blah blah blah...YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/NorthStrongSC

Probably, but with the internet now and social media blowing up as it has in the past 10 years, the young, inexperienced lifters will still tend to have the thought "raw is more elite and hardcore". Pair that up with the fact that any 15 year old in the gym can lift raw with this friends, and you have this trend among the young that I don't see going away any time soon.
There is certainly a trend, with more experienced lifters getting more involved with gear. belt/wraps/suit whatever it is. However, not everyone gets to that point. And with the huge mass of kids lifting raw from the beginning and how easy it is for them to spread their status and beliefs on youtube and whatnot, I'm not sure if I see it going away. You, your training partners and gym community may evolve over your career, but I don't thing I see a big change in thought process overall happening quickly at least. And that may not be a bad thing, just something the educated people have to shrug off every once in a while. Most of my lifting gets posted to Instagram - https://instagram.com/fayerjw/

I've got two pairs of SBDs...XL and XXL. Wear XXL when not in meet prep/offseason/volume training, XL for meet prep/heavy raw.
sometimes I don't want to put my XLs on and wear the XXL when warming up before wrapping.
I also has 4 pairs of the same knee wrap. One for warmup room and one for each attempt. So I don't have to stretch roll the same pair three times.*Mods/CS will not, nor can they change your username, so don't ask*

Wait sleeves add lbs now?
Also, I've never met any raw lifter that really fancies themselves 'more hardcore' or superior.Meet PR's
