brah you have to look tough on social media so all negative comments are deleted. It's not constructive criticism it's being a hater
lol
Yes I remember I came home from a night out drinking and was browsing IG and saw that chit and was like WTF either I'm 10x drunker than I thought or some kid is going full potato on CWS.
also you have to have yelled EASY after the world record lift."Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!"

Huge PR for me today. I've been dreaming of a 405 bench ever since I started lifting 12 years ago. Per my Sheiko program, I was only supposed to work up to 95-100% ... but 100% was so easy (385) I decided to try 405 and got it. Granted, I was wearing elbow protection and the pause wasnt perfect - but I dont care.

Das it mane! Nice work. I too have a long time goal of a 4 plate bench.
One thing I noticed on the new sheiko app is it actually calls for you to go to 105% on both the testing days on the comp cycle.
What's your BW at right now? Edit: just saw on YT 251lbs... nice, we're basically the same.Last edited by adamsz; 06-09-2015 at 12:23 AM.
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Thanks man. I havent downloaded the sheiko app yet - im still using the CMS/MS on the excel program that a member here made many years ago. But that is interesting, I wonder why the programming has you at 105% on both days???
I purposely hadnt weighed myself in 8 weeks 'cause I knew I had been eating a lot.... but I weighed myself after the lift and i'm up to 251! I normally hover around 244 and compete at 242RAW ELITE OR DIE

scratching my head at why Joseph Pena's 771 was redlighted. looked beautiful to me, but idk.
someone said "If you look it closely at 0:21 it seems like he "already started squatting" (even the spotters started to move) and "he was not stiff". I think that was the reason."
is that actually a thing?

he didn't even respond to my comment he just deleted it. I thought I was being nice and definitely felt like the advice, even though unsolicited, might be something he'd listen to. I've only been lifting weights for almost as long as he's been alive.
EDIT: btw, I wouldn't have brought this up on here if I didn't think that you hadn't already mentioned it to him before or if I didn't think you'd say something to him if you saw the vid. My bad if it offended you.Last edited by zmcdole; 06-09-2015 at 09:49 AM.

ipf judges do not seem to understand the justice system which pretty much operates as its better to let a criminal free than it is to put an innocent person in jail but then flip that to white lights they are putting all these innocent squatters in the jail of reds and bombing. if its a borderline call it should go to the lifter but it seems to be like half and half with the IPF.
doing my first IPF affiliate meet soon, srs worried about skwat depth.YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/NorthStrongSC

Ok, cool. Gotcha.
Another question:
Does anyone know if the Lilliebridges are competing at WUAP National Championship in Peoria IL on June 20th? Random bro at my gym said that they were, along with George Leeman. Which doesn't really make sense to me, because I haven't seen them post anything about it, and Leeman rarely competes (seems like he's been playing around with gear lately, too).
Just curious, because that's going to be my first meet. Would be cool to get pic with Eric, I think.
Might just be chitty word of mouth or gym bro spreading rumors for chits.

**** this ****. Trained with some bodybuilders friend of mine and we combined both our trainings... yesterday was my heavy deadlift day. After a ****ton of volume on deads, we did a superset of snatch grip deficit deadlift in oly shoes, walking bb lunges and back squats.... all to failure. My glutes are screaming in agony today. Never again.
Best total: 1715 (600-415-700) raw with wraps.
