Hi,
Just a quick inquiry. I know beta alanine lowers intramuscular ph levels thus helping with "burning" sensation.
But, how beneficial is beta-alanine on lower rep ranges of 3-6? I believe not much lactic acid forms on low reps as such.
Thank you!

If you perform numerous sets of 3-6 with short rest periods, in theory it could be beneficial as this would likely lead to significant metabolic stress, therefore increased lactate production. But this is likely to complicated and insignificant of an issue to really worry about unless you have a specific athletic demand.
