The ONLY THING that differs is what I eat for dinner, and after dinner. If my mom cooks something healthy, I eat up, but if she makes something like italian sausage, I eat more after dinner to compensate for grazing at dinner.

Cottage cheese and natural pb, varying amounts depending upon how much i ate for dinner. Usully 1-1.5 cups cottage cheese and 2-3tbsp of peanut butter.
The totals come to (BEFORE I EAT DINNER):

I am trying to cut down right now so my diet is just about like yours in a way. If you want to gain a few extra pounds eat a frozen pizza to yourself and it should add 2 or 3 extra pounds to ya. If you dont like the idea of eating pizza, which is also high in protein, intake around 2500 cals each day, i`m sure with your workout program you could use the excess calories.

Better get Dextrose, but if not, Gatorade will do it, too.
Add more fat, more calories and always eat the same amount before bed, no matter what you eat at dinner.It's not as hard as you think it is.
Educate yourself, but stop thinking too much...

from 3:00 to 7:30 you eat nothing but some protein shakes, gatorade, and a little oatmeal? from 7:15 - 12:20 all you eat a cup of oats and 2 shakes? you need to eat some real food and drop all those shakes...5 shakes a day? real food my friend, eat some real food.
and what exactly is a dream, and what exactly is a joke?
