    Critique my workout program

    Hello swole m8s, so I have a question about my workout program does it look good and if not why.
    I made this because lately I haven't been enjoying going to the gym with the 5x5 simply because its very repetitive, but I did make great strength gains. This workout program is made up of my favorite exercises.
    3 days week
    chest triceps

    Bench press
    3 sets of 8
    Chest flies
    3 sets of 8
    Triceps Pulldowns
    3 sets 8


    back biceps

    Lat pulldown
    3 sets of 8
    Cable rows
    3 sets of 8
    Bicep curls
    3 sets of 8

    Legs shoulders

    Squats 5x5
    Deadlifts 1x5
    Overhead press 3 sets of 8
    Dumbell press 3 sets of 8
