    Question Cyclone cup vs blenderbottle?

    Which should i use?for protein shakes(iso 100+optimum gold+Super mass+Syntha 6+Celccuor cor), and for creatine, i use them all(not in once) and i will use it to drink water, when studying.. so which is better?i need something that lasts, when falls or something!

    First, you're 142 lb (apparently). Eat more. Supps won't get you there.

    If you're going to drop your stuff, buy a Nalgene bottle. They don't break. Throw a blender ball in there & you're set.

    Recent research suggests that one of the best supplements is baking soda. (Barber et al, 2013).

    However, at less than $1 for a months supply, you probably won't hear too much about it from the supplement industry.
