    Injured Left Shoulder AGAIN!

This is really annoying.. Yesterday was chest day, I felt something is wrong with my left shoulder while mobility/warm up (I guess rotator cuff, or maybe cartilage of the joint, I dont know). at Bench press, everything was alright, then I started to feel paina at concentric movement of Incline DB Press when I'm adducting my shoulders.. I skipped my last pressing exercise and continue to the isolation movements, the pain continued as well...

NOW, I still feel it when I'm trying push-ups..

The most annoying thing is, it has happened me twice (same shoulder same pain), once in last year, just after I started lifting, and a few months ago. In the first time, pain lasted for a month or something, second time, it went aways in a few days despite I didnt do anything special.

Today was planned to be pull day but I'm going to skip it and have a rest

    What else should I do?

You need to STOP doing things that are hurting your shoulder. Lay off the bench/ db presses and push ups for a while. Did you ever go to the Doc?

    Try sleeper stretch

During my swim career I really messed up my right shoulder from lifting/swimming everyday, went to heavy to often, couldn't lift arm above head without pain, almost to the point where I needed surgery. So my doc told me to do this stretch called the sleeper stretch for 3-5 min every night. Shoulder was better within a week and was pressing heavier than ever! Look it up man, hopefully it'll help.
