So basically I'm very frustrated, I'm 16, and everytime I start a work out program I get injured. I recovered from Wrist Tendonitis. Got back to training and then I get elbow pain after two weeks. I was doing bicep curls (a little heavier than I normally can), and my medial epicondyle area started hurting. After a few days of pain, I was flexing my elbow to see what the pain was like, and there I saw my ulnar nerve move around my medial epicondyle. This is giving me a lot of discomfort and I'm getting deppressed. I don't know what to do about this, but I really want to train because I'm very skinny (110 pounds and 5'8") and want to gain muscle, but I've been getting a lot of setbacks. What do I do about this subluxating ulnar nerve?? No numbness as of yet just discomfort and some pain

"Suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret."
Training regularly but no progress?
You need one or more of these: more food, more weight, more reps or more rest.
