Subluxating Ulnar Nerve... What do I do...?

So basically I'm very frustrated, I'm 16, and everytime I start a work out program I get injured. I recovered from Wrist Tendonitis. Got back to training and then I get elbow pain after two weeks. I was doing bicep curls (a little heavier than I normally can), and my medial epicondyle area started hurting. After a few days of pain, I was flexing my elbow to see what the pain was like, and there I saw my ulnar nerve move around my medial epicondyle. This is giving me a lot of discomfort and I'm getting deppressed. I don't know what to do about this, but I really want to train because I'm very skinny (110 pounds and 5'8") and want to gain muscle, but I've been getting a lot of setbacks. What do I do about this subluxating ulnar nerve?? No numbness as of yet just discomfort and some pain

You could start by getting off WebMD and go see a doctor.

and, after that, start lighter, do less and build up more slowly.

you're still growing and there's a bit of a break in period for a new lifter.

first, develop the habit and the education. don't rush or force the progression yet.

    Training regularly but no progress?
You need one or more of these: more food, more weight, more reps or more rest.

Your self diagnosis game is on point. Are you Doogie Howser?

Go see a real medical professional.
