I'm 15 yo and started going to the gym 1 year ago. I just went to see my body composition and apparently I have 6.9 bf, although I look nothing like it (I look like 15%bf). I train 5 times a week and do abs 3-4 days a week and HIIT 4-5 times a week. I see no muscle definition whatsoever. What do you think the problem may be. Here are the results :

6.9% bodyfat is shredded man, you'll clearly see your abs/obliques and have veins all over the place, even if you didn't lift. That test is wrong.
