    15 y/o with 7%bf and no ab definition whatsoever

    I'm 15 yo and started going to the gym 1 year ago. I just went to see my body composition and apparently I have 6.9 bf, although I look nothing like it (I look like 15%bf). I train 5 times a week and do abs 3-4 days a week and HIIT 4-5 times a week. I see no muscle definition whatsoever. What do you think the problem may be. Here are the results :

    why you bothering with all that @ 15
    you're still growing bud

    Btw, posting pics will make it a lot easier.
    If you're 7% BF and have no definition - you either:
    -Are not 7% BF
    -Have like no muscle

    The simplest explanation is that you aren't anywhere near 7% body fat.

    I thought I had like 15% but the Machine is supposed to be the most advanced in body composition measurements, the company is inbody. And I do look significantly bigger that kids my age. Btw I worry because I'm trying to get into teen bodybuilding.

    6.9% bodyfat is shredded man, you'll clearly see your abs/obliques and have veins all over the place, even if you didn't lift. That test is wrong.

    To put it in perspective, in my avatar pic, I'm about 11% bodyfat

    Do you happen to know Your muscle mas or give me any reference like bench for example cause maybe it is muscle mass and that's why I'm heavier, not saying it is though

    I'm 15% bf and I did some test that came out saying I'm 8% so that's probably why.

    You're 15, take advantage of all that test, stop worrying about abs and get your bulk on
