Everyone responds differently. For me, out of the 3 you've narrowed it down to, C4 wouldn't even be in the discussion. Between Ritual and Vortex (it's very close), I'd give the edge to Ritual for it's completeness, but I really enjoy Vortex as well.

Never had C4 but my friend says it has major crash after 45 mins, is that true?

Never happened to me or even to my 120 Lb. gf at 2 scoops. It may vary from one individual to another depending on stims sensitivity (how many servings are used?), food intake prior to exercise, intensity...

I liked Assault and C4 but both were lower stim so really depends what your looking for but C4 also has nitrates pretty awesome for pumps and 2 scoops it's pretty solid. If it's the newer versions of C4 like the 50x I would go with C4 out of all of those as the newest C4 looks pretty awesome.

^^ the 50x is no joke but with the additions of nitrates and teacore 150mg + the additions makes c4 a well rounded product + The BA for endurance/performance add in 50% more for the 50x and you are on a new level!

Hi guys! I want to ask you about PWOs. Which of the followings gives an increase of energy, muscle pump, focus, etc. ?
Since I live in Italy, I don't have a lot of choices. So, the pwos I can buy are:
- Super Pump MAX - Gaspari
- Neurocore - Muscletech
- 1.M.R /Vortex - bpi
- Iron Pump - MP
- Assault - MP
- C4 - Cellucor
- Gold Standard Pre - ON
- Ritual - ANS Performance
I want to use them in low carb days.

Tell me if you have something better to recommend. Maybe I can find it.
PS: Previuosly I tried the N.O. Xplode 3.0 and I haven't heard any effect.

NeuroCore
would be a good option. All of the ingredients and amounts are listed on the label so you know exactly what you are getting. Anarchy is also available in the Italian store. Great product for pumps and energy.

From that list, BPI 1MR Vortex would be a solid choice. Incredibly good focus and energy!

Ritual ritual ritual ... @ 2 scoops- not because it sucks at 1, but because at 2, you're pretty much covering all your PWO bases in one fell swoop. This stuff has performed quite well for me

A lot of love for Vortex ITT...just wished it didn't have yohimbe in it otherwise I'd try it.

I liked SP 3.0 when I tried it. Felt like my strength really went up on it.

Definitely go with Snow Cone flavor. You will NOT be disappointed, it's easily my favorite flavor of a pre workout on the market.

If you can't, I'd do Assault, never really minded it
