Hi Mr. Megna!
-What is the most optimal split for a football athlete (high school/college level) in the offseason (3 day full body, upper/lower, 5 day etc.)?
-Most of the time I rest 1:30 - 2 minutes between sets of accessory exercises. Is this good for size and strength or should I try to lower my rest periods?Basic Football / Sports Training Guide:

In your opinion, what is the one exercise that has the most carry over to the game and that every player should be doing?
I know this may vary for position but just pick one, or pick a couple and what positions it would be relevant for.
Thanks!

Gonna add a couple more,
Should a players nutrition stay the same during off-season and in season? And how should a player alter their workouts and frequency of workouts during the season to be sure they're not fatigued going into games?

What physical attributes do you think helps smaller WRs be effective in the NFL? The wes welker/julian Edelman/danny amendola, types? What features do they have and what makes them so rare (ie why are they not as abundant as taller more physical guys in the NFL?)

Thank you for taking time to answer questions Mr Megner.
What would you say is the best way to maintain shoulder health/prevent shoulder injuries for a Linebacker that has a history of shoulder issues? Is it extra padding, building muscle or just through preventative physiotherapy?

What is the most effective workout to increase speed in the 40 and your vertical leap and what is the largest improvement that you seen from players making the transition from high school athletics to college and then professional level? Is it largely based on genetic potential or does work ethic play a rather significant part in it as well? Furthermore, is form or moving more weight more important in building up explosive power in exercises like power cleans, power shrugs, etc?

I am currently playing as a lineman in some non US college.
I am 189 lbs however and I struggle playing with the opposite teams center. Our coach is not really caring about us individually and the internet is full of useless stuff so I had to ask you.
I cant gain weight so easily so I plan to focus on strength. What can a lineman do for max push power apart from bench presses and push ups?
Thanks
Edit: damn I was late
