    Hi Marc,

Obviously the NFL is perhaps at the pinnacle of Strength & Conditioning in the sports world.
Where do you think MMA/Submission grappling/Kickboxing could learn from to get out of it's 'dog days' types of Strength & Conditioning - e.g. too many long runs, circuit workouts, lack of focus on pure strength/speed training.

Also how important do you think it is to do drills/exercises in the frontal and transverse plane for maximum athleticism?

    Thanks in advance dude

    1. Whats your opinion of front squats vs high bar vs back squats as it relates to football strength?

    2. What power exercise do you feel has the best carry over to a football field?

    3. Do you use the prowler, and if so how do you program it in (relative weight, distance, etc.)?

    Thanks in advance!!

It seems like the 40 yard dash is huge in getting noticed. Any tips for improving my time? I know the start is huge. When I do it, I keep my head down. Thanks in advance.

What football position is best for me?
    I'm 15 5'9 190 lbs 18-20% body fat
    Bench max 205
    Squat 230
    40 yd dash 5.99

I'm improving my 40 yd dash with the run faster speed program and in one week it's gone from 6.23 to 5.99
What position do you think best suits me? Any training tips? On my rugby team they called me the gremlin for being so aggressive
