Thanks again for the opportunity! I have been following the HellRaiser training program but noticed a Volume Training weekly workout schedule on the side of the Test Freak box. I have been looking over this schedule tonight and may give it a go while on this stack. It seems to fit my goals at the moment.
As always, Im looking to shed the fat while increasing strength and size. My diets been crazy for a few months now due to an all over the place work schedule. When prepared, the majority of my meals is grilled chicken, protein shakes/bars and spinach salad. When super busy and the crew go out for a lunch run its whatever. Which has been the case a lot lately.
I believe that adding the interval training, increased cardio and cross training that Pharmafreaks Volume Training has laid out I could reach my goals much quicker while supplementing with this Mass stack.

Thursday and Friday we had a snow and ice storm and Saturday was spent with mamabear and the youngest cub getting her ready for youth softball season and her first practice this season.
My diet has been anything I can prep with chicken for lunch and breakfast is the usual protein bar. I did have a couple cheat meals. Friday I went to Cori’s Doghouse and Saturday we ended the day with steak and ribs. Tomorrow will be meal prep day and fingers crossed I will make it to the gym to play some catch up.

No doubt! It’s been warming up this week along with some rain. I feel spring in the air
Thanks Wish! Workout updates to be posted tomorrow. It’s been a long day.
Thanks a bunch for checking in! I have not noticed a significant enough change just yet but I’m confident that my sleep will improve. As a matter of fact, last night I was able to lay back and fall asleep with no problem. I woke up after about 4.5hrs of sleep and felt pretty good given the fact I went down so late. Stay tuned for some sleep updates. I will include that in the log now.

Are you taking 1 or 2 scoops of the Betaine? I've heard 2 scoops preworkout is recommended. Haven't had a chance to try it yet myself, but looking forward to it soon!

Personal Notes
I’m following the Hellraiser Training Program again because I really enjoy the “Hellcentric” and negative reps. I have had good results with this program before so I’m giving it another go with some added cardio.
Last week was another busy week with work and the bear fam. They are following suite and getting into the swing of things now that hibernation season is about over. My oldest cub will graduate this year and the youngest is gearing up for softball season. So the bear cave has been pretty exciting lately.
Saturday our car stalled on us and started smoking really bad out of the tail pipe and then in the trunk with the car off. Long story short, the fire dept showed up and advised not to turn the car over and have it towed. So I found out today that the motor is blown. No warning, no lost coolant, no indication that this would even be a concern. I thought maybe the worst case scenario would be the catalytic converter.
Needless to say, I didn’t make it to the gym today. But I will be there tomorrow hitting the shoulders and arms.
Supplement Notes
So far I have had no lack of energy, seem to be more focused and feel rested throughout the day. I have been a bit sore a little longer than usual but that could be due to the negative reps last week. I have had more stamina than usual during the late night and seem to be feeling more rested the following morning.

Things have been good wish! Car trouble on Saturday, but everything else was smooth. Still enjoyed the weekend .
I have been taking a scoop in the morning and a scoop in the evenings before my workout. I have not tried a double scoop in one serving yet. I will give that a shot this week as a PW!
Training is on track. Went back to the HellRaiser training. It will be a good gauge for the Mass Stack since I have followed this before.

The Hellraiser program and the equipment I have at the gym work well for me. The car is still out of commish. Waiting for the repairs to be finished so its been difficult to get around last week. No trips to the gym at all. On a supplement note. However, I am getting some nice Zzzz's the past couple of days and I am feeling good and ready to h9it the gym this week.

Sleep is a struggle on my end as well. But I have noticed improved quality over the last week. I work ALOT, which is a good thing. However, getting quality sleep is a challenge. I have woke up the last several days feeling like I have had some quality rest. Even hit a dream state here and there which is awesome.
My car is in the shop and I have a loaner as of yesterday. Looking forward to some iron

YES!!!! Have some catching up to do on here. I have the car back now and have had physical therapy for a back issue. Cardio all week but cleared to get back at it, and tomorrows Friday!!!!! Hope to have a light day at work and then straight to the gym. I have to take it easy on the heavy squats, deadlifts and clings for a few more weeks but can utilize the machines for those target areas. My sleep is phenomenal and energy level is on point.

Who knew that going light on leg day would lead to a good burn? I have therapy again tomorrow so will hit the gym afterwards. Diet has been good in the mornings and at dinner but lunch at work has been a battle. Easter Sunday was nice but I really tore into the ham. Sleep is on point at the moment and still feeling solid.Last edited by PappaBear76; 04-06-2015 at 08:59 PM.
