Lift with internal motivation and internal goals, and you will attract women who share your views on male physiques. You think huge bodybuilders give a fuk what teenage hipster girls think when they're busy slaying fitness chicks?

All that matters is having some defined muscle mass and low enough body fat to have a prominent adonis belt and abs.
Sure girls like jacked guys, but if they had to chose lean and slightly above average muscle mass or jacked with almost invisible abs, lean is going to win a shirtless contest everytime.
Jacked guy would be more likely to attract a female in winter, because lean guy might not even look like he lifts with a sweater or light coat lol.
edit: I looked just like that picture in op this past summer (cept obviously brazilian and wider hips + brazil booty of peace no homo), stopped lifting for 3 months so im kinda deflated and chubby now, but I've just been going back to be prepared for summer of course.
Hence why i have no avi, too small -_-

Matty carries a very valuable point.
High school wasn't that long ago for me and I can honestly tell you how many little girls ended up with the biggest strongest guy. Girls that had more than looks mind you. That whole skinny skater boy physique thing doesn't do anything in the long run. It comes down to how we are hard wired as a species. In any species the females line up for the "alpha". The biggest, strongest, leader there is in the group. Women are no different in this way. the only reason that pictured guy is more desired is because women have been conditioned to thinking he is the more "sensitive and caring" as guys who are shredded and look like a damn warrior can come of as "vain and mean".
But remember. Even dainty Anne Darrow fell for King Kong.Last edited by doubleshotofxtc; 02-18-2015 at 03:00 PM. Reason: Messed up quote.

It's sad if you lift only to achieve the body type you think most women want. I lift to be a stronger, faster, more powerful version of myself. I lift for performance, I lift for health, I lift for confidence, but I also lift for aesthetics. I lift for what I think is aesthetic not what some women polled thought was most aesthetic.
Besides women are attracted to status and confidence. You should disregard any attempt of a female to bring you down, she will see your confidence and willingly submit to you...if you let her comments about your body get to you and try to change yourself to please her it just shows how insecure you are and how you are willing to do anything to please her.

I don't care which look women prefer on a survey that was held online. they will be mirin and drooling when they're standing in front of a shredded guy that has a sick physique, yelling "pick me".

So how come this guys pictures make girls wet also ?
http://instagram.com/bradleymartyn/
truth is OP'ie you have never been jacked or you havent been friends with any1 who looks amazing irl, trust me amount of attention they get from females is simply retarded.
By being jacked you are already ahead of 99% of guys looks wise, you will get females in night club simply bcz of the way you look like.
You are not man anymore you are a fcking unicorn thats how common are really jacked dudes in most country's and females want unicorns or atleast they want to fck them once in their lifetime.
Obviously most miscers will never understand this as average natty gym rat physiques dont really make anyone go wow irl unless you know that person.

Most of us lifters, especially the true bodybuilders among us will never want to admit it, but the majority of girls aren't super attracted to a great bodybuilding physique. While we may be in awe of a bodybuilder with huge arms and biceps with Mt. Everest esque peaks on them, most girls, especially those who don't give a phuck about lifting themselves (99.99% of them), won't care about that, or might even be grossed out a bit by it. Most of them will take a guy who doesn't lift with low body fat% over great bodybuilder physiques.
Honestly... I think *most* women are most sexually attracted to a man with a reasonable build. More like a built with low body fat% but not huge or huge and fat powerlifting look. To be fair, folks like your Ronnie Colemans are impressive as hell, but hardly any women will be sexually attracted to that mess of sheer muscle mass. Ask any woman who they are most sexually attracted to between say, Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, and prime Arnold, and virtually all of them will say Arnold, despite the modern bodybuilding community's criticisms of "legs too small", etc. It is what it is.

There are lots of factors that drive us to lift. Attracting the opposite sex is one of them; if you deny this being a factor at all then I think you're full of **** tbh, even though the factor diminishes in importance with age (at least this was the case with me).
Always lol at dudes who claim that they don't lift for women at all, and they end up out at the bars with the tightest t-shirt they can find.
