    How do you lose 2 pounds a week without starving?

    I go to the gym, weightlift for around 50 minutes and do around 15 minutes of cardio (running) All in all Id say its a 1 hour 5-10 minute workout
    So Im burning 2550 calories per day based on my states, bodyfat and activity level (Atleast according to this website http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/)

    They say you have to burn 1000 calories per day to lose 2lbs a week
    But that would mean at my current activity level I would need to eat 1550 calories, which seems almost impossible without binging eventually.

    Losing 2lbs (or losing 1000 calories per day) a week either means your activity level has to be ridiculously high or your calories very low.

    So experienced cutters who lose 2lbs weekly, how do you do it?

    Ridiculously high TDEE, lose 2-2.5lbs/week on average with around 2500kcal. With 3x full body 0-2x abs/mobility and 0-5x30-120min LISS (depends on how much I can be arsed to do and recovery state probably 3x1hr/week on average).

    The key I've found is to be consistent with your diet. Don't shoot for 2lbs a week right off the bat. Go on a 500 cal per day deficit and don't cheat. After about 2 weeks your body will start dropping fat pretty consistently. When you plateau you drop cals a little more and keep going. Unless you're obese its best to be realistic on fatloss and not go too hard or else you can't maintain the deficit for very long then you blow it and start all over again.

    If your TDEE isn't very high, I feel like Keto is the way to go.

    1). Keto will help surpress appetite.
    2). If your TDEE is low, you don't need many carbs anyway. Might as well cut them out and focus on protein and fat.
