1. Decriminalization of all drugs, while making pot legal. All fines for hard drugs are used for free addiction treatment facilities in the area. 3rd fine for hard drugs carries a stay at said treatment facility.

2. Create an committee that Congress has to go through whenever new spending is passed. Their job is to find inflated or useless gov funds to transfer over instead of creating more revenue (taxing). If nothing is found to transfer, then new revenue can be sought after. Whenever a deficit occurs, the agency must cut spending to the amount of the deficit.

3.Meet with commanders/generals and come up with war plan for ISIS. Goal is to create a force of many nation larger than one has been seen since WWII, with the goal of turning over every stone of ISIS territory and killing every single one of them. Blitzkrieg style, no occupation.

That should take up a week I think.

Some good ideas :P I stole some for my own. A week is honestly NOTHING but I'd try to squeeze all this in the first couple days and then just lounge around in the oval office for the rest being served by the White House staff.

1 - Stop all foreign aid and ban it from ever happening in the future (Yearly, we give ~$35 billion dollars)
2 - Ban the income tax completely (No need for it, people should keep their $ and the gov't should keep OUR money circulating in the US)
3 - Look into all the secrets of the past and then expose them in all forms of Media so people can understand what the F is going on in the world

I would start the process of an orderly dissolution of the federal government. Of course there are some things that could be done ASAP. End the wars and bring back the troops. End the war on (some) drugs and release all non violent "criminals" from prison. Prosecute all kinds of politicians and their corporate overlords.

Despite the federal government being a racket and monstrously evil they currently have a monopoly on a lot of services people are dependent on. You can't just end food stamps and things like that overnight. You have to come up with a transition plan and give other organizations a chance to pick up the slack.
