First day cutting right now. Ate "clean" all day, now im putting one of those Dr.Oetker Ristorante mozzerella pizza's in the oven (nom nom nom). 880cals but fuk it I need something crunchy and cheesy.
Even near the end of my cut last summer I had days where I would just fast until like 6PM then eat a full medium pizza. Feltgoodman. If I didn't have pizza at least once or twice a week... I wouldn't be able to cut srs. Pizza is GOAT. Wish I was a fan of protein sources more.. but fuark im all about dem carbs and cheesy goodness

yes. Just lower your calories in other days. Then again you could just not eat the pizza and go bout your day.

You're basically rationalizing it like a fat chick.
If you are stuffing yourself over maintenance then you are not cutting period
Nothing wrong with a big ass cheat meal once every 2 weeks but again, if you keep eating like that then no, you are not cutting at all.

I always like to kick start a cut by using the first 2weeks to slowly lower my cals using the same food I use when bulking. Then on the third I get back to my usual clean diet so to say.
It makes it less drastic because lets face it, going from awesome cheeseburger, pizza, cookies straight back to plain lean chicken, oats and tuna can be quite depressing in a way.

Haha yes agreed, I basically do that too but without plan. I just increase the amount of "clean foods" as time goes on for satiety reasons. I'm not tryna starve every day I like to feel full.
It will ******* because I have enough self control to stay within my set calories.. and eating junk on some days doesnt really matter IIFYM BRAH NOMSAYIN... I'm still cutting if im in a deficit doesnt matter if I had mcdonalds or pizza that day.
