    Do you eat pizza on a cut?

    First day cutting right now. Ate "clean" all day, now im putting one of those Dr.Oetker Ristorante mozzerella pizza's in the oven (nom nom nom). 880cals but fuk it I need something crunchy and cheesy.

    Even near the end of my cut last summer I had days where I would just fast until like 6PM then eat a full medium pizza. Feltgoodman. If I didn't have pizza at least once or twice a week... I wouldn't be able to cut srs. Pizza is GOAT. Wish I was a fan of protein sources more.. but fuark im all about dem carbs and cheesy goodness

    If you are stuffing yourself over maintenance then you are not cutting period

    Nothing wrong with a big ass cheat meal once every 2 weeks but again, if you keep eating like that then no, you are not cutting at all.

    I didn't go over my cals and that wasnt the only meal Ive eaten today. Trying out 2500cals and seeing how it goes, think I might raise it though my maintenance is prolly higher than calculated.. will see in a few days.

    Then it might work for the first few lbs but the closer you get to 10% the more you'll have to keep certain macros in check.

    I always like to kick start a cut by using the first 2weeks to slowly lower my cals using the same food I use when bulking. Then on the third I get back to my usual clean diet so to say.

    It makes it less drastic because lets face it, going from awesome cheeseburger, pizza, cookies straight back to plain lean chicken, oats and tuna can be quite depressing in a way.

    Yeah once a month I grab 3 or so boxes of Meat lovers and bbq chicken pizza, and a couple of dairy Queen blizzards, Goat cheat dinner.

    Edit:I don't incorporate pizza everyday, because it's one of those foods where I have to eat a chit ton or its just a tease
