Hmm. Any idea why? I definitely feed off other people's energy when I'm at the gym sometimes. I wonder what else is different.

Congrats on the sumo triple PR!
If you like to deadlift, we'll get along great!

This is what I was going to say too. I have a harder time getting motivated to lift at home also. It's convenient, but definitely not the same.

Home gym envy <3 I want a home gym so bad but can't do it at the moment because I rent a tiny place. It could be something physical making it feel harder - I know that different equipment can make a huge difference for me - deadlift plate diameter, deadlift or squat floor levelness, squat & deadlift bar whippiness, bench stickiness, bench height, small variations in plate weights, etc.

Congrats on the sumo 3RM ... new 3RM is a big deal!
