I have been struggling with porn addiction and compulsive fapping since 2009. My personal best for longest time without porn and without fap is 63 days and 12 days respectively. I know it is natural to want to get some visual stimulation and bust a load when the mushroom tip gets engorged because of testosterone, and I always tell myself this to feel better about it but it just feels degenerative. No matter how hard I try to stop I always seem to relapse. Any advice that could help me stop would be much appreciated, thanks.

Yeah, I have tried and tried and after like 10 days I watch porn and fap like a mad man.

D/L a program or something like that that will block all the websites that you don't want to see.
Take up new hobbies, meet new people that will take up your time and get your mind away from constantly thinking about fapping.
Find a girl you can smash routinely.
Get a job that you don't hate if you don't already have one like that.
