    check my new improved diet (advise welcome)

    Meal 1:
    2 servings oatmeal (real oatmeal not instant )
    300calories
    8 ounces of (1%) milk

    The meals may flux a little but I try to keep the calories between 1800 and 2500 daily.......I am cutting right now, does this sound like a good diet????? If I am too busy to make a meal usually I will grab a u-turn bar or a myoplex deluxe and use that (myoplex only for my post workout meal if I don't have time to make one........

    You're doing well. Get an EFA supplement. Keep eating nuts...you don't have quite enough healthy fats. It does look like you are busy. If you want to take it to the next level ditch the carnation in favor of food. Get a good PW shake and switch up the protien sources...chicken, cottage cheese, beef.

    eat some protein in meal 4. a meal of carbs alone isnt the greatest meal in the world.

    whoops my fault i torgot to add, I take a multy vitimin and 2 fish oil every day.....yeah I am gonna try to work the carnation outta my diet, but its a time and money savor at the second (college student lol) so I will try to get that outta there....anymore advise is welcome

    I don't think you have enought protein....Meal 1, 2 and 4 you only have like 8 grmas each meal....That Turkey sandwich probably gives you about 20 grams....can of tuna...between 21 and 32.5 depending on size of can...Thats approx.....betwwen 85 and 115 grams of protein.....unless you weight like...115pounds, you need more than this.

    hmmm yeah I am 158 so you could be right I should add in more protein........maybe another can of tuna with the oatmeal or so.....i will try to find a way to up the protein

    Eggs and egg whites....Cottage cheese...Chicken breast...shrimp...fish...Wouldn't eat too much canned tuna...1 a day is good...You'll get sick of it, plus may be too much mercury n your diet for the day.
